Price List - House 1
* In the Sea View Apartment the prices are from 100 to 150 depending on the season and people.
* In the Studio the prices are from 50 to 100 depending on the season and the people.
* These prices are valid for four (4) nights or more.
* To book the room around 30% deposit, and the payment will be made 2 days after arrival.
* Rentals from (1) to (3) nights prepaid
* Prices include everything we offer as mentioned in the description of House 1
* Possibility of additional benefits with extra expense
* Please include in your email the age and the gender of your children in order to have the appropriate room and price
Cancellation policy
- 21 days prior to arrival refunded the entire deposit
- After 21 days no refund
- Early departure the tenant pays the 50% of the cost of the remaining days
- Check in at 14:00
- Check out at 12:00

Is newly built (finished in 2011), three (3) keys rated and it consists by six (6) apartments.Its unique quality construction has followed the most recent energy conservation specifications.
Two (2) apartments on the first floor and two (2) apartments on the second floor with a view. Each apartment have a bedroom with a double bed and seperate living room with a double sofa bed and with a fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Every apartment has one balkony in the bedroom and one balkony in the kitchen.
In the ground floor, we have two (2) large apartments. Each apartment have a bedroom with a double bed, a single bed and seperate living room with a double bed, a single bed, and fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom. Every apartment has a large veranda with dinning table and a swing.
